Chili Cookoff

This cook-off was held on Celebrity Square at Broadway-At-The-Beach in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It was a grand affair! The autumn weather was sunny and warm, about 80 degrees. Many local restaurants offered their own version of chili. There was HOT chili, chili with smoked beef strips, chili with sausage, corn, dabs of sour cream and guacamole, onions, with beans, with out beans... in fact you cook it, it was in someone's chili recipe! Cold beer was available from lights to darks...all designed to cool down that fiery chili!
